Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a refund. On top of that, every order comes with our 30-Day, 30-Night Guarantee: sleep on it for 30 nights and, if you are not in love with it, we refund you in full with no return needed. Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return any item for a refund. The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

To start a return:

  • Email support@moonkeep.co with your order number and the item you want to return.
  • We reply with the return address and simple instructions.
  • Send the item back and keep your tracking number until your refund arrives.

You pay the postage to send back an item you have changed your mind about.

Refunds

We refund returns to your original payment method once we have received and checked the item. You get back the price of the item and any sales tax we charged on it. If you paid the $4.95 shipping on a small order, we refund it too. Your bank or card company may need a few more days to show the money.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, email us within your 30 days with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. We send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send anything back.

  • Who gives it: Moonkeep.
  • Who is covered: the original purchaser of an order shipped to a US address.
  • How long: 30 nights, starting the day your order is delivered, as shown by the carrier's tracking.
  • What you get: a full refund of the amount you paid, including tax. You do not need to send anything back.
  • One claim per order.
  • No questions asked means we do not ask you to explain or prove anything.

How to claim
