These terms apply when you visit or buy from the Moonkeep store. By placing an order or using the store, you agree to them.

About Moonkeep

Moonkeep sells hair accessories to customers in the United States. In these terms, we and us mean Moonkeep. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes your personal data to run the store, as our Privacy policy explains.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18. We ship to US addresses only.

Orders and prices

When you place an order, you are offering to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. Until then we can decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or we find a pricing error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars, and shipping within the US is free. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices can change at any time. Some products have a launch price for a limited number of units, as stated on the product page, and a launch price can end once those units are sold. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

Shipping, returns and the Fit Guarantee (Limited Warranty)

Our Shipping policy and Refund policy are part of these terms. If they disagree with these terms about shipping, returns, refunds or the Fit Guarantee (Limited Warranty), those policies apply. These terms do not take away any right the law gives you as a buyer of our products.

Using our products

Our products are hair accessories. Nothing on our store is medical advice, and our products are not medical products.

Reviews

You can post honest reviews, good or bad, and we will not penalize you for them. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a free, non-exclusive license to show it on our store and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or unrelated to our products, and content that is clearly false.

Our content and the store

The store and everything on it, including the Moonkeep name, belongs to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or resell it without our written permission. Scraping the store or trying to break into it is not allowed, and neither is using it in a way that breaks the law. We are not responsible for the sites and services of others, such as payment providers and carriers. We provide the website as available and do not promise that it will always be online or free of errors.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit the Fit Guarantee (Limited Warranty), any right the law gives you as a buyer, or any liability the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud or for injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes and contact
